TBC Elders

God has called a faithful group of men to guide, guard, serve, and support the TBC family as Elders. In that capacity, they not only shepherd the church body through prayer, teaching, peacemaking, and leadership training, but address issues related to vision, organization, staffing, policy, finances, and facilities as well. In addition, the Elders extend pastoral care, ministering and building into lives as they help shoulder burdens and share blessings. As you think of these men, please pray God would grant wisdom, clarity, and unity in the fulfillment of their duties.
At TBC, we take the biblical responsibilities and requirements for elders very seriously. In accordance with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, each of the men serving as an elder has undergone extensive character evaluation before being asked to serve in this capacity. We are continually grateful for the blessing of these men and their unselfish and uncompromising commitment to the work of God in our church.
