Our Heart

Tomball Bible Church has a rich history of and an intense commitment to supporting the advance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the globe. While the people and places are different, the goal is always that Jesus would be worshiped in every language, people group, and nationality. The Book of Psalms clearly proclaims that this is the desire of God’s heart.

May the peoples praise you, O God; May all the peoples praise you. May the nations be glad and sing for joy, 
for you rule the peoples justly and guide the nations of the earth

Our Strategy

Over the years, we have developed a plan to advance the Gospel around the world. With the leadership of our Missions Team we have selected numerous missionaries to support as well as a few specific ministries with which we engage in more direct and personal ways.  We partner with our foreign missionaries through financial and prayer support. Our Missions Team also plans two Missions Weekends each year to focus on personal interaction with our missionaries and meeting particular Missionaries’ needs. We also encourage and help with the process of raising support for our members to take part in short-term mission trips throughout the year.

Getting Involved

There are several ways to serve in this area of ministry. From regular prayer and correspondence with our missionaries, to going on a short-term trip, to planning and serving at our Missions Weekends, you can certainly find a way to plug in and be connected.
