The E-Team is a key component of TBC's vision to reach every man, woman, and child in the Tomball area with the life changing message of Jesus Christ. As the team that is at the 'tip of the arrow', they have undertaken setting our strategy, identifying what activities we should undertake to reach others and communicate the importance of evangelism in the life of the believer.

TBC's E-Team has also put together the following groups which work alongside others in serving the needs of our church and community.

Outreach Team

The hands and feet ministry of evangelism. If there is a program to be run or a ministry activity to take place, we jump in to implement and follow-through. We are looking for people who are not slowed by inconvenience, and are willing to walk with people in all seasons. If you can wash a dish, sit with a child, lend a helping hand, or simply be a good friend, you are welcome here. The scope and definition of how we minister to our community is as wide as your vision.

Integration Team

Our team's mission is to incorporate the vision into every part of TBC. We personally connect with all ministry leaders and staff, asking what resources they need to help them achieve the vision, whether funding from our budget or other practical help. We need team members to set appointments, make lists and help deliver what is needed. Communications Team

Casting vision, promoting events, telling encouraging stories-our team is the mouthpiece of our vision for evangelism. We're looking to add people who can write anything from newsletter articles to video scripts. If you want to do web and graphic design and video production for the Kingdom, we welcome you. Beyond the technical gifts, anyone who has their finger on the pulse of the church and can find and share our stories will be an asset.

Events Team

Our team is the "one-time, big-splash" team responsible for carrying out special evangelism events. Concerts, plays, luncheons, speakers-we initiate, organize and execute events specifically designed to offer non-Christians the life-changing message of Jesus in a non-threatening environment. We need creative types who can help us develop innovative outreach events, recruiters to staff them, and administrators to organize the details.

Training Team

Christians often say: "I'm afraid to share my faith. I­m not sure how to do it! I­m worried about saying the wrong thing or not having answers to questions." The Training Team can help. We arrange, develop and carry out training and education that will enable every Christian to feel confident and natural in sharing the message. If you know how to ask the right questions or give responses that open hearts and minds to the gospel, come help us mentor and encourage others.
